Treatment of Female Pustulosis Palmaris et Plantaris Patients: Three Case Reports

Abstract
Objectives: The purpose of this study is to present three case reports on the treatments of pustulosis palmaris et plantaris patients.

Methods: We administered herbal medicine to three patients who had pustulosis palmaris et plantaris and evaluated the results by Psoriasis Area and Severity Index (PASI).

Results: After the treatment all three patients showed improvements in PASI. PASI of patient 1 changed from 3.6 to 0.8; patient 2 from 4.2 to 0.8; patient 3 from 5.6 to 0.4.

Conclusions: The results suggest that herbal medicine can be an effective treatment for female pustulosis palmaris et plantaris patients.
